 Manager for Customer Logistics Management

RESPONSIBILITY



  • Maximises customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality of services and prompt resolution of all issues through professional crisis management

  • Controlling of logistics KPI for accounts assigned to pool; identifying and carrying out corrective actions whenever required. Ensuring the proper involvement of the relevant departments.

  • Customer order and forecast management for assigned accounts incl. order tracking, operational EDI, consignment stock handling, logistic RMA and early warning

  • Continuous logistics process improvements

  • Implementation and observance of logistic agreements

  • Inventory responsibility and management (consignment and VMI products)

  • Manage subordinate department

  • People management - functional know-how, resource planning, career development

  • Ensure operational continuity (contingency planning)

  • General optimisation of customer-specific supply chain process






Qualification





  • Min. 7years of professional experience in logistics : Order processing, Customer Service, Global Logistics Planning, SCM

  • Minimum 5 years people management experience

  • Proven track record in driving competitive advantage through demand fulfilment activities

  • Proven Leadership skills & demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility & independence

  • Highly Achievement Orientated

  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills (presentation and moderation skills, customer interaction skills)

  • Ability to lead global & cross-functional teams

  • Excellent analytical skills and systematic work approach

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

  • Understanding of Advanced Supply Chain concepts & comprehension of SCM software solutions
