Segment Marketing Manager

Description

o Recommend end equipment solutions/strategic plans

(BLOCK DIAGRAMS)

o Recommend technology/product roadmaps (NPP/IOS)

o Selling the parts that we have into the targeted end equipment,

o Solutions guides (US staff to coordinate)

o Solutions WEB pages (US staff to coordinate)

o Market analysis/External market research

o Training material

o Be an integral part of the strategic planning process (MRM)

o Customer presentation material

o Customer technology days

o Reference designs

o End equipment summits (US staff to coordinate)

o SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis

o Competitive product analysis

o Building strategic relationships and alliances

o Trade shows

Qualifications

o Strong technical background in analog and/or mixed-signal electronics, with BSEE or higher

o Expertise in board-level system design, architectures, features, and performance of targeted end equipment or segment or Product/technology area

o Ability to evaluate product requirements in detail and to make trade-offs by working with customers and Company’s business units.

o Competitive nature and a drive to win

o Good business sense and communications skills

o Willing to travel
