• Work with field engineers to understand and duplicate customer issues, and provide guidance for data collection. Be able to characterize Flash devices, analyze data, and generate report for other engineering groups. Involve appropriate engineering and/or business groups to resolve issues quickly. Strong knowledge of Flash is desirable. Strong knowledge in embedded market, including networking, consumer electronics, automotive, PC and peripheral, industrial, and etc. is highly desirable. This position requires travel to customer sites for marketing and sales support.
1. Establish a close relationship with FAE team members
2. Establish a close relationship with Flash controller partners (i.e. SMI, InCOMM) and customers (i.e. Netcom, ConDel, KingMax)
3. Support FAEs with technical questions and debugging efforts
4. Work with sales and marketing groups to obtain samples for partners and customers
5. Escalate tough technical issues to appropriate engineering teams, and work towards a speedy resolution
6. Provide reports on:
I - Technical issues
II - Sample inventory status of all devices
III - Creating application notes
IV - Distribution of datasheets,
V – etc.
7. Work with customers in their development or test environment
8. Travel to various customer and internal engineering sites in short notice
