FAE Manager

Main Responsibilities

- Direct and support technical activities at key accounts in Korea according to the Vice President’s guidance and Company’s business milestones.

- Build and cultivate continuous technical relationships at all key accounts.

- Asses competitive threats and position Company's products to win, while repositioning competitor products.

- Manage the technical support of key customers and sales channels according to Company policies, including Sales Representatives, Technical Training, Technical Business Development and Technical Support.

- Work closely, effectively and efficiently with other disciplines such as Applications, Operations and Engineering to support sales, including application notes, technical customer support packages, RMAs, PCNs, field notification bulletins, technical training, etc.

- Work with Engineering and Applications for support, training, etc., to maximize output of customer services for Company.

- Other miscellaneous.




- 7+ years of successful Technical Support & Business Development experience with semiconductors

- This position minimally requires a BS in electrical engineering or related field

- Background in networking and communications would be an advantage

- Fluency in Korean and English; both oral and written.

- Experienced at both Hardware and Software debugging

- Knowledge of Layer 1 through 4 protocol elements as it relates to communications

- Some RF knowledge or experience would be useful

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Management of technical resources as it applies to Sales development activities

- Extensive travel in and around Korea

- Self motivated, requiring little supervision and a “just get it done” attitude

- Comfortable working in a small company environment outside of HQ

The position requires excellent communications skills in Korean and English, both oral and written, including experience creating and making highly effective presentations to senior management; strong organizational, project management, and execution skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work effectively at all levels of an organization.
