· Pre-sales and post-sales engineering support for identified programs
· Assist the sales team in the technical qualification, specification development and review process, and the quotation processes as required
· Provide technical assessment of the customer’s technical requirements, design approaches, and hardware/software development specifications. Work with the Company design team to support the customer’s development efforts
· Support the customer’s design, qualification, testing, integration, and manufacturing efforts.
· Work with the Company design team to ensure that the developed products meet the customer’s specifications and have been properly integrated into the customer’s system.
· Be the primary person assisting customers during evaluations & technical analysis processes
· Provide written technical content for sales and the business unit manager
· Communicate customer technical requirements to the design team
· Work on technical problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a systems design review and technical recommendation
· Provide technical support for the development and implementation of customer designs dealing with complex timing systems
· Provide, present and interpret design, application and technical information and make presentations on all aspects of company’s products to all levels of internal team members and external customer management
· Assists sales staff and business unit management in assessing potential application of company’s products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications
