Requirements

University degree in computer engineering/science or information system
*
Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience but have experience in multinational company as end user &
client support(at least 2 yrs)
*
Fluent in English/Korean
*
Overall IT knowledge on system and OS such as Active Directory, Win
Server, Win 7and NetApp storage)
*
Good at MS office(Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, word)
*
Overall IT infrastructure Knowledge(network, switch, VPN, Voice&
video system)
*
Various software support experience(SAP, Remedy, and 2010)
*
Ability to communicate with all level users
*
Strong interpersonal Skill
*
MCSE, CCNA and ITIL preferred
