Technical Marketing Engineer - Analog
Automotive

Responsibilities

• Korea design-in responsibility for all Automotive Analog
  automotive products
• Develop and provide by-market penetration strategies
  encompassing:
  - Future long term evolution of application
  - Critical product requirements to meet application needs
  - Identification of major customers and influencers
  - Market dynamics
• Identification of future product requirements for a given
  application space
  - Application specific product roadmaps
  - Critical IP gaps and requirements
  - Definition and communication of associated product value
  - Market windows and timescales
• Gathering, analyzing and applying competitive intelligence
  - How to win against competitor
  - SWOT analysis
  - Competition pricing
  - Competition technology platforms
• Responding to critical platform RFQ requests
• Opportunity management via agreed data sources
• Primary contact for sales and FAE teams related to design-in
  activity
• Closely linked into product marketing and systems
  engineering teams to support definition of product roadmaps
  and systems solutions
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or similar
  discipline with at least 5-10 years customer facing
  experience
• Thorough knowledge of products relevant to the Automotive
  field (MCU, Analog, Sensors)
• Good understanding of analog and mixed signal circuits and
  its relevant building blocks
• Experience in automotive market and understanding of key
  application areas
• Ability to work under own initiative or within a strong team
  environment
• Effective delivery of presentations and general marketing
  messages is a must
• Ability to lead problem solving activities is key
• A strong customer focus and good communication skills
• Results orientation
• Fluent Skills in Korean and English
