Advertising Application Manager

Job Responsibilities

Identifies customers’ business challenges and needs to shape advertising solutions that drive their strategic initiatives

Establishes and maintains direct customer relationships with frequent strategic and tactical engagements

Manages cross-sell and up-sell program and strategy in coordination with the COMPANY’s content & solution sales team

Manages coordination of sales efforts with senior executives and tracks all aspects of advertising revenue lifecycle for customers

Works closely with the Advertising Sales teams to help sell the ad- inventory gathered with the customers

Identifies and manages new channels and customers to affiliate ad-inventory for COMPANY

Proven track record with high standards of professionalism

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside COMPANY

Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision

Extensive negotiation experience, including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations

Prior experience working in a high-growth or startup technology company preferred

Job Qualifications

8+ years of sales, business development and/or account management experience in the advertising and/or Mobile industry

Experience in the location based industry a plus

Past Mobile industry experience a plus

Masters/MBA degree from 4-year university or equivalent

Strong knowledge of consumer marketing and trends

A solid understanding of media business

Strong negotiation and problem solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Travelling is a pre-requisite
