Description

1. Wrap up the new project

2. Bridge between HQ and Local

3. Part Change & Notice

4. Order management includes administering customer orders, customers forecast and initiate shipment.

5. Provide direct support and services to customer, identify and communicate potentials problems that could impact service level.

6. Implement customer services supporting activities; KPI tracking, analysis & measures.

7. Review and monitor factory commitments in ensuring conformance to delivery commitment 5. Collaborate with global planners to manage supply continuity in ensuring timely delivery of products.

8. Perform world-wide allocation during supply constraints.

9. Co-ordinate customer program & EDI the relating to SCM activities 8.

Develop and improve customer relations 9. Experience for People management

Qualification

1. Field Of Studies: Business, SCM or Marketing

2. 8 Years in Min 8-10 years experience in customer service, logistic, order management processes.

3. Language Skills: Excellent oral and written English

4. Computer Literacy: Knowledge in SAP order management functionality and Business Object tools is an added advantage Other Requirements:

5. Excellent skill in reporting / presentation
