Device Engineer / Process Integration Engineer

 

DUTY & RESPONSIBIITIES

 

* Device Engineer
 - To participate to Flash technology development at Hynix
 - To act as a close interface between Numonyx and Hynix NAND
   technology development teams
 - To act as local (in Korea) interface with Numonyx design team


* Processs Integration Engineer
 - Monitor production and engineering lots WIP and SPC data
 - Monitor of FAB products (new product introduction, new masks, etc...)
 - Integrate of FAB and EWS data with process flow to provide fast
   feedback to NMX and FAB engineers (FAB data excursions, engineering
   lots, ....)
 - Facilitate links between FAB with NMX engineering people

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

Device ENG & PI ENG 공통 자격 사항

* Education/Professional background
  : University Degree scientific field (i.e. Physics, Material Science, ..)
   Good knowledge of basic silicon technology
   Familiarity with in-line electrical results 
   > 4 years in Device Engineering experience in NV flash process
   integration in Korean FAbs


* Personal Skills
  Good interpersonal relationship
  Flexibility and Pro-activity
  Results oriented Attitude 
  Consolidated methodology for Technical Reporting
  Teamwork: participate to task force on process/product items
