Requirements:
- BSEE/CS or equivalent
- Experience leading a team of 5+ developers
- 5 years working experience on HDD/SSD software development.
- Experience with Firmware or FTL would be highly appreciated
- Demonstrable leadership with a proven ability to mentor others.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Proven record management skill.
